Enroll in Driving School
Once you’ve decided truck driving is right for you, you’ll need to enroll in driving school. Driving a truck is much different than driving a regular car, which is why you’ll need to take special classes showing you the ropes.
Picked out a school? Now it’s time for class! You’ll be taught everything you need to know to safely get out on the road and operate a truck. Once you finish your classes, you’ll take both a written test and a road test, and if you pass both, you’ll be rewarded with a CDL (commercial driver’s license).
